Choose one of our three packages available for this years camp. The Bronze Medal Package, The Silver Medal Package or The Gold Medal Package

Daily Schedule...

The clinic will start promptly at 8:30am with a daily goal discussion with Youri Sedykh. At this time the athletes will be split up into three groups. Each group will rotate through three training centers.

**Training Center A: Throwing center with Youri giving feedback personalized for each athlete.
**Training Center B: Medicine ball turning, kettle bell, and plyometric exercises to work on athletes technique.
**Training Center C: A class room setting video tape analysis of the athletes throwing session with Youri. Athletes will examine their own throwing techniques and receive tips from our expert clinicians.

Lunch will be provided from 12 - 1:15. After lunch athletes will repeat the progression through these training centers ending the day approximate. 4:45 pm. From 5 - 6pm guest speakers, Youri and others TBA, will be available for lecture and discussion.

** Hotel rooms will be reserved at a special rate at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Warwick, for those who need them. Click Here for more information.
** Traveling from out of State? Ocean State Hammer Clinic will provide transportation to and from the airport and to and from the clinic site daily.
** Hammers and other equipment will be provided by Ocean State Hammer Clinic. However, athletes are encouraged to bring their own if they have them.
